The Monique WoolleyFoundation

The Monique Woolley Foundation is a mental health–focused nonprofit organization centered on suicide prevention, depression, and emotional wellness. Public-facing activity is often branded through events and campaigns associated with themes like “When Feeling Blue, Think Yellow,” combining fundraising with awareness-building around mental health challenges.

Background and mission

The Monique Woolley Foundation positions itself as a space for people impacted by suicide, depression, and broader mental health issues to share their stories, find support, and reduce isolation. Its messaging emphasizes that those who are struggling are not alone and that open conversation can break the silence and stigma that often surround mental illness.

Programs and activities

The organization’s work includes fundraising galas and community events that combine entertainment with education and advocacy for mental health. Funds raised are directed toward wellness-oriented offerings such as therapy-related support, arts activities, mentorship, support groups, and other holistic health and self-care resources. Campaign content and social posts frequently highlight lived-experience stories as a means of encouraging others to seek help and speak openly.

Public presence and branding

Publicly visible activity for The Monique Woolley Foundation often appears in the context of Los Angeles–area galas and collaborations, including annual fundraising events promoted through local business organizations and social media. Imagery and taglines center on hope, community, and bright, “yellow” symbolism to counter feelings of sadness (“blue”), reinforcing the foundation’s message of resilience and shared support.
